Doct. Ercole Marcheschi

Supervisor

Corporate Strategy, Organization, and Management Consultant, and Scientific Committee Board Member at PROYTEC PANAMA Corp. In the 1970s and 1980s, he worked as an IT Entrepreneur, assembling and distributing integrated IT systems.
During those same years, he was involved in politics and gained experience in Public Administration.

In the 1990s, he focused on Entrepreneurial Training, creating, among other things, an International Business Communication (IBC) Master’s program promoted by the Municipality of Terni in collaboration with the University of Siena. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, he developed one of the first complete debit card-based payment systems, promoting various initiatives under different names and brands. From 2005 to 2013, he held top-level political leadership positions in national entrepreneurial syndicates. In 2019, he published the book “The 7 and the Age of Aquarius – Entrepreneurship and Management of the New Millennium” (il 7 e l’era dell’aquario – Imprenditoria e Management del nuovo millennio).

Business Development Manager with solid experience in team leadership and strategic commercial development within complex corporate environments. His career includes key roles at Unicredit Group, Gruppo Forini Spa, and leading companies in the energy sector. His professional path is defined by roles of increasing responsibility, from the banking sector to his position as Director of Development at Gruppo Forini Spa, including significant experiences as District Manager and Key Account Manager in the energy industry.

His managerial approach is characterized by the ability to inspire and engage collaborators through charismatic leadership that translates corporate vision into shared, concrete objectives. Thanks to a strategic vision and effective problem-solving skills, Gianluca excels in identifying new market segments and building lasting relationships with suppliers and major clients.
On the academic front, he holds a Degree in Political Science complemented by high-level continuous education, including specialized Master’s degrees in Energy Management, Energy Trading & Risk Management, and Sustainability Management, as well as an MBA from SDA Bocconi. These qualifications define him as a “future-proof” hybrid professional, capable of successfully navigating the energy transition and integrating ESG criteria into corporate profit strategies. Gianluca also possesses excellent command of analytical and management tools such as PowerBI, Salesforce, and Google Workspace. His international profile is further enhanced by strong linguistic skills: besides Italian, he is fluent in Romanian (C1) and has a good knowledge of French (B2) and English.

Throughout his professional career, he has developed a solid background as a Mathematical Economist and Econometrician, earning a Ph.D. in Mathematical Economics and Economic Evaluation Methods. He currently operates as a Manager in the private healthcare sector, bringing analytical, managerial, and strategic skills to the organization.

He worked for several years as a technical consultant for some of the leading Italian banks, focusing on the analysis and evaluation of the volatility of securities within the field of quantitative finance. Later in his career, he held prominent roles in assessing the skills of financial technicians during selection processes at major national financial institutions. This experience significantly contributed to broadening his strategic and organizational vision. He then decided to steer his career towards a managerial role, with an increasing focus on people and process management. His managerial approach stands out for its openness to innovation and a vision oriented towards the personal and professional development of human resources.

Eng. Francesco rispoli

Technical Director

Graduated in civil engineering with a specialization in structures in 2017, he built his professional path starting from collaborations with established engineering firms specialized in the recovery and restoration of historical assets. Guided by a broad strategic vision, he founded Errepi S.r.l. with the aim of expanding his scope of action to the residential and healthcare building sectors.

In this context, he developed a distinctive sensitivity: combining technical rigor with respect for the identity of places, transforming each project into a balance between innovation and memory. Under his guidance, the company has carried out many energy efficiency interventions up to the construction of NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings), standing out for its ability to translate complex designs into concrete, sustainable, and lasting results. Over the years, operating in the residential and commercial sectors, he has consolidated a relationship of trust with clients and partners, completing projects characterized by high-quality standards. His leadership is reflected in cohesive teams, oriented towards excellence and continuous evolution.

Doct. Francesco facilone

Director of “Opera San Giuseppe Moscati srl”. Francesco Facilone is a medical surgeon with a long and prestigious academic and clinical career. After graduating in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bari in 1974, he consolidated his expertise by becoming a specialist in Histology and Pathological Anatomy. His professional path has been characterized by a constant commitment both in the university sector and in the coordination of high-level specialist services.

He has worked as a University Assistant and Professor of Pathological Anatomy at the Universities of Bari and Foggia, extending his teaching activities to the Specialization Schools of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Thoracic Surgery, and Neurosurgery. In the clinical and diagnostic field, Dr. Facilone has held highly responsible roles, including Head of the Cytohistopathology Service at major facilities such as the Centro Biomedico in Bari, the San Luca Laboratory, and the Cliniche Riunite in Foggia. His experience has been further enriched through specialist consultancies for various Local Health Authorities (ASL) in the province of Bari and the management of numerous territorial clinics.
In addition to his medical and scientific expertise, he possesses outstanding skills in the management of complex medical and inpatient facilities, as demonstrated by his ownership and management of the “Villa Giustina” Private Clinic, affiliated with the Italian National Health Service. His profile, therefore, integrates profound clinical knowledge with solid experience in the management of healthcare organizations.
